Inside 3D Printing Conference and Expo (Post Event)

Creatz3D kicked off the year 2015 with one of the most talked about 3D printing tradeshow of all – Inside 3D Printing Conference and Expo!

Inside 3D Printing Conference and Expo is the leading B2B (Business to Business) trade show for the 3D printing industry. Attendees at the event were presented with an array of 3D printing technology present in the market today, from 3D printers to 3D scanners. Attendees also received valuable insights from keynote speakers in the various industries such as education, manufacturing and medical.

Creatz3D was proud to be able to continue its efforts in sharing with both prospects and potential prospects in the various industries of the new applications of 3D printing technology present in the market today.

Over the 2 days event, Creatz3D’s booth received an overwhelming response on the different applications of 3D printing technology. Many whom Creatz3D has engaged with expressed interest in knowing the potential and future behind all these amazing technologies such as Stratasys PolyJet and FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) technology. In addition, there was a substantial interest in the future of ARCAM, the 3D metal printer under Creatz3D portfolio. The samples displayed at the exhibition showcased the capabilities of ARCAM EBM technology and its capability in incorporating lattice structure into its 3D printed models, a great benefit especially in the medical industry.

Present at the exhibition was also a “Micro Injection Molding” Machine from BabyPlast. A mold of a model racing car was printed on a Stratasys Connex 2 production system. The multi-material capability of the PolyJet technology enabled the printing of a short run injection mold which was being used at the exhibition to produce model racing car. The molds withstood over 100 shots and was still able to continue in the production of the model racing car.
