About the span of an office copier, the Objet Eden260V Dental Advantage is easy to utilize and office-accommodating since it offers a clean, quiet and safe procedure. Additionally, this machine is valued at an affordable price to help users to create consistent, precise prototypes and appliances by increasing production speed and throughput.
VeroGlaze (MED620) dental material
Powered by PolyJet 3D Printing Technology, an additive manufacturing method known for its smooth surface finishing and precision, Stratasys has recently added VeroGlaze (Med 620) to their product line.
The VeroGlaze is an opaque white acrylic material which produces realistic veneer models and diagnostic wax-ups that is designed to match 80% of patients’ natural A2-Shade tooth colour. This gives the 3D printed model a natural looking appearance with fine details and resolution.
VeroGlaze try-in models are user-friendly. All that is needed to do is slip the 3d printed model over the existing teeth to provide a quick and easy assessment of look, fit and performance.
According to Mr Stefan Remplbauer, owner of 3D Medical Print GmbH Laboratory, “VeroGlaze 3D printed models give dentists accurate, predictable fittings, and patients amazing aesthetic results — simply a masterpiece.”
“Appearance and accuracy are everything in our business and we’re delighted with the details and resolution of the models being produced on our Objet Eden260V 3D Printer with the new VeroGlaze,” says Yves Dossche, manager of Remedent in Belgium, a leading manufacturer of veneers for the dental
industry.
VeroGlaze may be utilized on both the Objet EdenV and OrthoDesk family line of 3D Printers which has the capacity to print an ultrafine layer of 16 microns, giving it an exceptional detailed and smooth surface finishing.
