Stratasys works with leading chemical companies to co-develop photopolymers of various categories to unlock end-use parts in 3D printing. The resins are engineered to be easy to handle and rapidly post-processed, with long shelf lives. Choose from a variety of single component, commercial-grade materials developed and validated for Origin One.

  • A high-performance, high-modulus material
  • Suitable for use for a wide array of impact-resistant medical devices
  • Its stiffness and toughness makes it suitable for use for a wide array of impact-resistant medical devices
  • Ideal applications include durable, reusable medical components, orthotics and respirator components
  • SOMOS® QuickGen 500 by Covestro

  • Flexibility that surpasses other resins but is at the same time, stiffer than elastomers
  • Substantial elongation and a lower modulus, with no significant strain rate dependent on elongation at break
  • Ideal applications include semi-flexible applications, applications with detailed features and fluid flow analysis
  • P3 Stretch IND475

  • Single component, UV resin of industrial strength that cures to a soft (47A), elastomeric material
  • Suitable for requirement where resilience, snap back, and tear resistance is desired, such as lattice structures and functional prototyping
  • Ideal for applications such as air and dust gaskets, flexible seals and housing or cushioning pads
  • Ultracur3D® ST45 by BASF

  • Reactive urethane photopolymer
  • For tough applications that require a combination of high strength, long-term toughness and impact-resistant qualities
  • Biocompatible, it is able to produce super fine details along with superior quality
  • Suitable uses include housings, enclosures, consumer facing components, parts requiring textures or highly detailed design features
  • LOCTITE® 3D IND402 High Rebound by Henkel

  • A material comparable to commercial TPUs, with a Shore A hardness of 75
  • Single component elastomer with high level of resilience and rebound
  • Maintains its tensile strength and does not require thermal post-processing
  • Suitable for lattice structures; e.g. mid-soles and soft inserts

  • High-performance, high-modulus product
