CERAMAKER C900 Ceramic 3D Printer

New generation of technology in 3D printing

The CERAMAKER is a hybrid multi-material 3D printer developed by 3DCeram capable of producing quality ceramic products of unrivaled printing quality.

Components made by the CERAMAKER 3D Printer have better homogeneity when fired, higher density for the fired material, better resistance for the finished part, and more precise control of dimensional changes of the part during firing.

Description

Easy and Powerful

The CERAMAKER first makes use of the technical information provided by 3DCeram when delivering the ceramic paste to resize the CAD file of the part to be produced according to the shrinkage rate during sintering. The CAD file of the part is then reworked automatically by software for printing and printing struts are also created automatically to optimize the speed and quality of printing. The printed parts will have the exact same properties as parts manufactured by injection or pressing and can be used as either a prototype or even a final part in the context of unit production and short series.

KEY FEATURES

High Quality

Parts produced have high precision production, extraordinary level of detail and perfect finish

Intricate Design

Complex architecture only achievable through 3D printing
