DLyte Dental

The Ultimate Solution for Dental Polishing

DLyte Dental provides a surface finishing solution to the most common dental metal alloys – Cobalt Chrome and Titanium.

Dental applications for DLyte range from grinding to high gloss polishing of dental parts such as dental skeletals, spacers, implants, and orthodontic brackets.

Polishing of casting, sintered and milling parts with DLyte offers better results than manual polishing in one step.

Available in three equipment configurations to meet the different production capacity requirements of the dental industry – DLyte 1, DLyte 10, DLyte 100.

DLyte1

The most compact version,
designed for laboratories
with low production.

Capacity of 1 RPD, 3 crowns or cemented structures, 6 bars or implant bridges and more than 10 abutments for each working cycle with an average of 50-60 minutes time cycle.

DLyte10

This medium-sized system
is easily integrated into a
medium size laboratory.

Capacity of 3 RPD, 6 crowns or cemented structures, 8 bars or implant bridges and more than 20 abutments for each working cycle with an average of 50-60 minutes time cycle.

DLyte100

The largest system and
the solution for laboratories
with a large production.

Capacity of 9 RPD, 12 crowns or cemented structures, 12 bars or implant bridges and more than 30 abutments for each working cycle with an average of 50-60 minutes time cycle.

Each machine can be further configured into three different versions, based on the materials that are to be treated:

D (standard version)
For cobalt chrome parts.

DTi (titanium version)
For titanium parts.

D+Ti (full version)
For cobalt chrome and titanium parts.

Electrolyte Media

DIFFERENT MEDIA FOR DIFFERENT MATERIALS

DLyte systems use electrolyte media to bring high-quality finishing to materials like Cobalt Chrome and Titanium which are widely used in the dental industry. Superior results can be achieved for all types of dental skeletals, spacers, implants, and orthodontic brackets.

CoCr 01

Electrolyte designed to process Cobalt-Chrome Alloys with the biggest size of the media available and developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs optimal removal of material achieving a highly polished surface with very consistent results.

CoCr 02

Electrolyte designed to process Cobalt-Chrome Alloys with the smallest size of the media available and developed mixture of chemical compounds. It is better for parts that have glossy surfaces and require lower removal performance.

CoCr MIX

Electrolyte designed to process Cobalt-Chrome Alloys with a combination of the different sizes of the media available and developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs superior removal of material results achieving a highly polished surface with very consistent results.

Ti MIX

Electrolyte designed to process Titanium and Nitinol Alloys with a combination of the different sizes of the media available and developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs optimal removal of material achieving a highly polished surface with very consistent results.
