Warranty is for a year and will begin from the day of the printer installation at your location.

At the point of submission, you will need to specify the materials that you require so that we can prepare them in advance and in sufficient quantity. Materials are not included with the offer and will count as a separate charge which will be advised to you.
Payment will be advised to you prior to the 3D printer installation. The 3D printer and associated materials will be checked for any damages or misuse prior to delivery. If there are any issues, please contact us within 2 business days after receiving it.
We aim to supply you with a 3D printer that is in working condition, and had been thoroughly checked before being dispatched to you. Any breakdown or unsatisfactory performance must be immediately notified to us. Under no circumstances are you to make any attempt to repair the equipment unless authorized by us during the warranty period.
It is assumed that the operator of the 3D printer has sufficient skill and knowledge to operate them correctly. Damage caused due to misuse is the sole responsibility of the operator and costs incurred due to damages will be charged at our discretion.
