C3600 ULTIMATE

The Mass Production’s Solution

The C3600 ULTIMATE is 3DCerams industrial 3D printing solution for mass production or big parts production.

Components made by the 3600 ULTIMATE have better homogeneity when fired, higher density for the fired material, better resistance for the finished part, and have more precise control of dimensional changes of the part during the firing stage.

Description

Industrial mass production solution for ceramics

The C3600 ULTIMATE is an industrial ceramics AM solution featuring a build volume of 600 x 600 x 300mm.

The system is able to produce some of the largest advanced ceramic parts including aerospace components such as satellite mirrors using zirconia, alumina, and others.

Ceramics 3D printed parts have the same properties as those parts produced conventionally – molding, machining, and injection.

The printer also has Free Link Support technology, a proprietary technology developed by 3DCeram for the manufacturing of 3D printing supports. Parts can be produced without leaving support marks, helping to ensure better quality prints.

With 4 laser sources – the printing speed is noticeably increased to ensure that printing time is in sync with industrial needs, and will see a reduction in unit price/parts as well as cleaning time. The system is also well-adapted for serial printing.

The system supports scaling up from C100 EASY.
