Creatz3D’s COVID-19 Safe Management Measures (SMMs)

Workplaces remain one of the common places where COVID-19 has been found to spread between workers. As we transition to living with COVID-19, Creatz3D will continue with the implementation of vaccination-related instructions to ensure workplace health and safety and business continuity reasons, in accordance with employment law.

Staff going to the office are encouraged to proactively self-test when they feel unwell or had recent contact with an infected person.

Staff and visitors to our office are to adhere to the following:

• Have a face mask on at all times except when (i) not interacting in person with another individual present in the same area, (ii) not in customer-facing areas where interaction is likely to happen, (iii) eating or drinking.
• Exercise social responsibility and maintain an appropriate safe distance from others while unmasked.
