C900 FLEX

New generation of technology in 3D printing

The C900 FLEX is a ceramics 3D printer that was developed by 3DCeram to produce quality ceramic products of unrivaled printing quality that have the same properties as conventionally produced ones.

Components made by the C900 FLEX have better homogeneity when fired, higher density for the fired material, better resistance for the finished part, and more precise control of dimensional changes of the part during firing.

Description

For Small Series and Prototyping

The first printer developed by 3DCeram, the C900 FLEX is ideal for the printing of functional parts or small series. Ceramics 3D printed parts have the same properties as those parts produced conventionally – molding, machining, and injection.

The printer also has Free Link Support technology, a proprietary technology developed by 3DCeram for the manufacturing of 3D printing supports. Parts can be produced without leaving support marks, helping to ensure better quality prints.

There is also a SAM (small amount of material) option that allows for the launch of a fast printing run with just 100ml of slurry.
