Easy and user-friendly ceramics 3D printer

The C100 EASY FAB is the smaller version of the Ceramics 3D printer developed by 3DCeram and marketed towards users in universities and R&D centers.

Components made by the C100 EASY FAB have better homogeneity when fired, higher density for the fired material, better resistance for the finished part, and more precise control of dimensional changes of the part during firing.

It is possible to scale up to C3600 ULTIMATE if required.

Description

Develop and prototype

A pressure tank (1,5 liter) feeding to provide the material quantity required for an optimized run 100*100*150.

The C100 EASY FAB is a small and user-friendly ceramics 3D printer that supports open parameters in the production of parts.

The size also makes it accessible for persons with reduced mobility.

Ceramics 3D printed parts have the same properties as those parts produced conventionally – molding, machining, and injection.

The printer also has Free Link Support, a proprietary technology developed by 3DCeram for the manufacturing of 3D printing supports.

Parts can be produced without leaving support marks, helping to ensure better quality prints.

There is also a SAM (small amount of material) option that allows for the launch of a fast printing run with just 100 ml of slurry.
